Nublexa 40Mg (Regorafenib), also known as generic Stivarga, is an oral multikinase inhibitor developed by Bayer HealthCare for the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). It is a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved generic medicine that contains the same active ingredient (Regorafenib) as the brand-name product (Stivarga).
Nublexa Regorafenib may stop the growth of colorectal cancer by blocking the growth of new blood vessels necessary for tumor growth and by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. This medicine is taken once a day according to the doctor’s advice. It is ideally taken at the same time every day. It has been seen that it is usually prescribed to be taken every day for 3 weeks then the 1-week gap is given before restarting the dosage.
Nublexa is used in the treatment of cancer of the colon and rectum. The colon & rectum are part of the large intestine. Colorectal cancer starts when tumors form in the lining of the large intestine. Symptoms of colorectal cancer can include: Diarrhea or constipation, blood in your stool, a feeling that your bowel does not empty completely, stools that are narrower than usual, frequent gas pains or cramps, or feeling full or bloated, weight loss with no known reason, fatigue, and nausea or vomiting.
